255, 0);\">bridge program focused on well-being and work readiness that is residential, with 2 centres in Bengaluru. This is a residential space to stay for 1-3 years and youth work compulsorily\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"background-color: rgba(228, 245, 255, 0);\">full time or part time while completing their 10th\/12th\/graduation education, securing identity documents and becoming financially adept at saving\/investing money for the future. Their emotional, social and physical well-being is fostered through individual and group counselling, health treatment, promotion of self care, deaddiction support, availability of peer and mentor network. Youth learn to navigate decision making, relationships, problem solving as they grow into independent adulthood. The residential program acts as a safety net as they gain vital life experience of navigating the ups and downs of life as an autonomous adult.\u00a0Our residential centers are our learning labs where the deep and intense engagement with youth helps us learn about their needs better and figure out which interventions have maximum impact. The objective of the transition program is to equip youth in 16-18 years, who are in the institutions, with exposure visits and workshops that will give them the knowledge to transition from institutional care to independent living. This is conducted in online\/offline format over a period of one year through modules in career guidance, financial literacy, cyber safety, gender &amp; sexuality, spoken English, emotional well-being and more. They are unable to take decisions or move forward till the issue of a place to stay gets sorted.
